This return and refund policy complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies to all consumer orders placed in EU/EEA regions.
1.1 Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
All EU consumers have the unconditional right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the last parcel.
1.2 Return Eligibility & Excluded Items
Eligible returned goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, intact with original packaging, tags and all accessories. The following merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable per EU regulations: sealed hygiene products once opened, personalized/custom engraved goods, perishable products, disposable consumables, gift cards, and clearance final-sale items.
1.3 Return Process
First, submit a return request via our official store email or Shopline backend message with your order number and return reason to obtain a valid RMA return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. After approval, send the goods back to our designated EU return address with the RMA number clearly marked on the parcel.
1.4 Refund Rules & Timeline
We will process the full refund (including product price and standard shipping fee) to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting your returned parcel. If you choose expedited shipping, the extra shipping cost will not be refunded. For defective, damaged or wrong items delivered by our fault, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide full refund or free replacement.
1.5 Rejected Returns
Returns will be rejected if goods are damaged by improper use, missing original packaging/tags, worn artificially, or submitted beyond the 14-day legal return window.
